Feasibility estimating
Thanks to our extensive knowledge of the local market and our database of multiple types of projects, we are able to provide early estimations of projects and analyses alternative schemes, allowing to define cost effective and robust design parameters from the early stage of a project.
Cost planning and cost control at design development
An initial cost plan will be prepared in collaboration with the Client and the design team, to set a clear basis for cost control. Then throughout the design development, we will actively review the design, identify risks and costs overruns, and update the cost plan so that the design team base their decision on up to date cost information. We will act as part of the design team, supporting studies of alternatives and value engineering.
Tender management
Based on the project specifics, we will advise on procurement strategies, prepare the tender documentation, Bills on quantities, Pre tender estimates, and manage the tender process until award of the Contractors.
Cost control at construction stage
During construction stage, we will manage the interim payment process, assessment of variations and changes but also Contract Administration until issuance of the final accounts.
