• Phase 1 – Due Diligence Phase (Prior to Loan Signing)
• Phase 2 – Disbursement Phase (end on full disbursement of the loan – up to 12 months post Financial Close)
• Phase 3 – Monitoring Phase (During the full tenor of the debt facility, 9 years)
