Hotel Le Palme, a prestigious 4-5 star establishment, is executed a remarkable renovation and redevelopment to enhance its offerings and elevate guest experiences. The project involves a comprehensive transformation of the existing hotel, including the renovation of the Island in the Central region and the addition of an Innovation Room block. Spanning a total area of approximately 6,280 square meters, the upgraded hotel will feature 69 exquisitely designed rooms, blending modern elegance with luxurious comfort. This renovation aims to redefine hospitality standards while retaining the timeless charm and distinctive appeal of Hotel Le Palme.

We have provided Design Development Modelling and Detailed Design Modelling services for both Architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
