We have provided Structure & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Design services for all buildings within the resort. This includes the design of structural elements and the integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure the resort operates efficiently and sustainably. Our services will support the resort’s commitment to harmonizing with its natural surroundings and achieving the prestigious LOTUS certification for its Main Building, enhancing the overall guest experience with comfort, sophistication, and eco-conscious living.
