The Thala Roc Resort project in Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam, aims to develop a luxury hotel and villa resort on a 101,844 m² site. With a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 23,784 m² for the hotel and villas, the resort is designed to offer high-end accommodations and amenities, capitalizing on the region’s natural beauty and growing tourism potential.

Assignment: 

We have executed Detailed Planning 1/500 Design services for the Infrastructure Part. This involves planning and design of the resort’s infrastructure to ensure it supports the development of a luxury hotel and villa resort on a 101,844 m² site. Our services will focus on creating a robust and efficient infrastructure.
