Job Description:
– Design and Construction Management
– Responsible for the technical, financial, time, safety & quality aspects
– Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the scheme without delays
– Project Team management
– Provide detailed constructability reviews of project documents; make recommendations
– Manage day-to-day work on projects in construction phases; coordinate and make recommendations regarding status of work
– Assist the Client in reviewing contractor requests through formal or informal processes, and provide prompt responses to keep projects on schedule
– Review and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget
– Regularly review project schedules, analyze and monitor construction progress to determine impacts to schedule and provide feedback to Technical Director and Executive staff
– Enforce the contractor on compliance project schedules
– Direct reporting to the Client
– Reporting to the Managing Director & Technical Director
Profile Required
Basic education: Architect/Civil engineering
Experience: >10 years
Certificate: Project Management certificate grade I
Skills:
- Strong knowledge Project Management in Hospitality, high-rise building, commercial center, …
- Strong in negotiation &communication skill
- Dealing professionally in managing tasks and consistently meeting tight deadlines
- Good level English speaking and writing
- All the soft skills to handle the work
