Job Description:

• Construction Site supervision (Quality, Volume, Safety Environment)
• MEP Design Coordination and Design
• Support the Project/Design Manager in the Design Phase of the Projects, advise the client in relations with ME works and maintenance/consumption cost, manage control the ME Designers
• Quality and safety control according to Client and local standards and regulations
• Works organization and day to day coordination with Contractor
• Manage the commissioning and issuance of defects list
• Manage, control and follow up of the defects repair
• Proposing the process, progress and control T&C work of the MEP system.
• Internal coordination between MEP team and construction team to provide appropriate solutions according to technical standards, drawings and actual requirement of project.
• Communicate with relevant departments of the Client to carry out the work according to the scope of the contract.
• Understand the process and company’s supervision consultancy outline.
• Reporting to Project  Manager

Profile required

• Basic education: graduated from: Electrical, HVAC Engineering
• Experience: >7 years
• Certificate : Level 1

Skills:

• Strong knowledge in his own discipline, experienced on hospitality, resort…
• Knowledge in project management, design coordination
• Ability to work independent & team management
• Flexibility and provide timely solutions to solve the issues
• Strong communication, reporting writing
