Site Supervisor

• Site Supervision
• Quality and safety control according to Client and local standards and regulation
• Works organization and day to day coordination with Contractors
• Commissioning and issuance of defects list
• Control and follow up of the defects repair
• Commissioning and hand-over procedures execution and control.
• Reporting to Construction and Project Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Profile required

• Basic education: Graduated from: Civil Engineering, Architect
• Experience: > 7 years
• Certificate: Level 1

Skills

• Strong knowledge on construction supervision consultant in Hospitality, high-rise building, commercial center, …
• Ability to work independent & team work
• Honestly, sense of responsibility
• Perform work under pressure
