Project Director

• Be responsible for the delivery of services by ARTELIA’s team assigned in compliance to contractual obligations and expected financial results
• Work directly with the team leader assigned and ensuring the proper project implementation and follow-up with regards to all aspect of the project (schedule, safety, procurement, works, handover, client relationship, etc.)
• Comply with ARTELIA group’s SMART Management system
• Work with Operations Director with respect to Human Resources planning
• Controlling the financial aspect of ARTELIA’s contract with respect to staff arrangement, invoicing, outstanding payments, etc.
• Report to Operations Director on any outstanding issues of the project which can affect the project’s completion and payments (HR issues, late completion of schedule, non-compliance in services, misconducts, etc.)
• Attend important meeting with client when required

Profile required

• Basic education: Graduated from: Civil Engineering, Architect
• Experience: >15 years
• Certificate: Level 1
• English fluent

• Strong knowledge Project Management in Hospitality, high-rise building, commercial center, …
• Flexibility and provide timely solutions to solve the issues
• Strong in negotiation &communication skill
