On 9–10 June 2026, Artelia Vietnam participated in HSR Asia 2026 in Hanoi, represented by Giacomo Capitano, Project Director, contributing to discussions on the development of Vietnam’s North–South High-Speed Railway Programme.

During the event, Mr. Capitano delivered a presentation titled “Managing Complexity Across Vietnam’s High-Speed Railway Programme”, highlighting the importance of governance, programme integration, stakeholder coordination, and long-term strategic planning in managing large-scale rail infrastructure projects.

The presentation also showcased the multidisciplinary expertise of the Artelia / INECO / RCIC joint venture, combining international railway and programme management experience with local knowledge to support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure programmes.
