Artelia Vietnam contributes to the progress of Vietnam’s North–South High-Speed Railway Project

On 15 May 2026, Artelia Vietnam participated in the international roadshow for Package TV02 of the North–South High-Speed Railway Project in Hanoi, one of Vietnam’s most strategic national infrastructure programmes aimed at connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The event brought together international companies, consulting firms and railway professionals interested in contributing to the next phases of the project.

As the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Package TV01, Artelia supported the Client in presenting the upcoming TV02 design and feasibility study contract to prospective consultants, outlining its scope, objectives and key requirements. This engagement contributes to the preparation and advancement of the project’s next development stages.

Artelia attended the event alongside its consortium partner INECO, reflecting a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to supporting the Railway Project Management Unit (RPMU) in structuring and advancing the project preparation phase.

Package TV02 forms part of the North–South High-Speed Railway Project, a 1,541-kilometre rail corridor connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Recognized by the National Assembly of Vietnam as a national strategic priority, the project is expected to require an investment of approximately USD 67 billion.
