• Undertake & responsible for Design for all HVAC systems, and ensure all designs are undertaken in accordance with local codes and international standards.
• Undertake & responsible for performing load calculations, ductworks/pipeworks sizing and layout/performance specifications for all equipments
• Analyse HVAC performance data to identify issues and improvement opportunities
• Analyse, performing calculation, stimulation for ventilation system include mechanical and natural ventilation
• Undertake & responsible for performing all other necessary calculations to support system designs
• Select equipment & products and submit to Team leader for review and validation.
• Study & undertake for providing a proper and reasonable design solution, meets all technical requirement as required by local standard and international standard, suitable and workable with project budget
• Attend design and/or construction meetings as required
• Perform construction site visits as required and develop site observation reports
• Review shop drawings and material submissions from contractor/construction manager.
• Liaise with other Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, as required.
• Cooperate and collaborate with other Designers, other disciplines, keep update and make amendment in the design to ensure of the logical design for project
• Provide overall direction, support, guide drafters to perform the work; check and review all drawings that perform by drafters
• Ensure that all drawings are reviewed and checked by Checker, MEP Design Leader/Coordinator prior to external issue
• Follow Company’s design procedures, professional standards/rules.
• Compliance under the direction & assignment from MEP Design Leader/Coordinator
• Report directly to MEP Design Leader/Coordinator
• Responsible and ensure of all the assigned tasks are performed within the assigned timeframe; simultaneously with ensure of quality assurance checking of drawings and calculations
• Undertake technical specification, bill of quantities
• Other duties as assigned

Profile required:

Basic education: HVAC Engineer

Experience:

• Knowledge in HVAC (Chiller, VRV,…) for Industrial, building apartment, commercial building,…
• Knowledge in Utilities system like boiler, Air compressor, cooling tower,…
• Strong skill of Revit MEP, Autocad, CFD, MS offices, other software skills support for specialized works
• English communication
• Having knowledge in other MEP systems is a plus
• Having knowledge, experience in utilities piping system is a plus
