MEP Manager

• Overall responsibility for managing, reviewing and coordinating all designs
• Sourcing consultants, contractors and MEP suppliers
• Work with other units in bidding and MEP recommendations
• Standardize MEP design processes, practices and requirements
• Liaise with project architects, other engineering disciplines, sub-consultants and customers as required.
• Ensure the accuracy of all calculations and design drawings before issuance.
• Construction site supervision (Quality, volume and labor safety)
• Support project/design management during the design phase of the project, advise customers on matters related to electromechanics, maintenance/consumption costs, check electromechanical designers
• Check safety and quality according to customer and local standards and regulations
• Organize work and coordinate daily with contractors
• Check and issue a list of violations
• Check and monitor the correction of violations
• Support M&E Management in all related projects
• Report to Project Manager or Project Director

Profile required

• Basic education: Graduated from: Electrical Engineering, HVAC
• Experience: >15 years
• Certificate: Level 1
• English fluent

• Strong knowledge in his own discipline, experienced on hospitality, high rise building…
• Knowledge in project management, design coordination
• Ability to work independent & team management
• Flexibility and provide timely solutions to solve the issues
• Strong communication, reporting writing
