Owner Engineer – Health, Environmental and Social Supervisor

• Review the Project’s safety design, HSSE Management Plan, Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan, in compliance with Vietnam’s national regulations and IFC Environmental, Health, and Safety Guidelines.
• Conduct frequent site visits to confirm the implementation of the approved HSSE plans, observing working conditions on site, interviewing workers to verify labour management practices.
