Environmental and Social Due Diligence:

• Review the Environmental and Social Management System of the Company’s existing sugar manufacturing facilities, including sugarcane farms, sugarcane research center, fertilizer factory and sugar factory against the requirements of ADB SPS and World Bank Guidance, including document review and site visit.
• Review the EIA developed for a new sugarcane beverage factory against requirements of national regulations and ADB SPS, conducted site visit to verify the findings
