Artelia strengthens its strategic presence in Vietnam during the official visit of the President of the French Republic

On May 26–27, 2025, Benoît Clocheret, CEO of Artelia Group, participated in the Vietnam France Leaders Forum as part of the French official delegation led by the President of the Republic. Representing over 20 international companies, Mr. Clocheret co-chaired the forum, underscoring Artelia’s prominent role in the region. The event spotlighted the Group’s expertise in infrastructure, ecological transition, and innovation—three sectors central to Vietnam’s sustainable development. This high-level involvement reflects Artelia’s recognized strategic presence in Asia-Pacific.

During the event, Eric Gratton, our General Director, engaged in a round-table session focused on Vietnam’s economic outlook, alongside representatives from over 90 French companies. The forum served as a key platform for Artelia to reinforce its engagement in Vietnam’s large-scale development initiatives, build stronger ties with both Vietnamese and French stakeholders, and contribute meaningfully to bilateral dialogues on future economic and industrial collaboration.

Two major development priorities were emphasized: the expansion of transport infrastructure, particularly rail systems, and the advancement of nuclear energy as a long-term energy solution. Artelia is actively involved in these sectors through a wide range of services including master planning, project management, design and supervision, and integrated project delivery. Notably, the Group has supported Ho Chi Minh City’s Metro Line 1 and aims to play a major role in the upcoming high-speed rail project linking Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
