The overall master plan on the development of the national aerodromes and airport systems for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 was approved by the Prime Minister dated 07 June 2023. On that basis, MOT has assigned the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) to organize the formulation of detailed planning for the international airports of Da Nang, Cam Ranh and Phu Quoc and the national airport of Con Dao in the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 to ensure long-term sustainable development to meet the investment roadmap.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) engaged the services of Artelia Airports to fulfil their holistic conceived vision for the future development of Noi Bai International Airport, through a master plan Study.

Vietnam existing airport, Tan Son Nhat International airport (SGN), is the current main gateway to Vietnam. In 2018, it handled 38.5 million passengers, well above its original design capacity of around 25 million passengers. SGN is saturated and has no options for expansions, being surrounded by built neighbourhoods. The need for a new airport in the Greater Capital Region is becoming more and more critical. In a context of saturation of capacity at Ho Chi Minh City's existing Tan Son Nhat Airport, the Government of Vietnam has decided to develop a new international airport in Long Thanh – Dong Nai province.

Artelia has been commissioned to study the renovation of the Long Bien Bridge in Hanoi, which was built between 1899 and 1902 and is now in critical condition due to a lack of maintenance and damage from the Vietnam War.

Artelia, in a consortium lead by Espelia, carried out the first phase of this study, which aimed at selecting the insertion corridor and defining the insertion principles, and has been entrusted with the second phase of this preliminary study, based on the insertion principles validated in the first phase.

The Ho Chi Minh Metro Line 1, which runs from Ben Thanh to Suoi Tien is the first metro line project in HCMC invested by HCMC Management Authority for Urban Railways with ODA loan from Japan. It is the first line of the 6 metro lines planed by HCMC. The project started in 2012 and Artelia has joined in the project since the end of 2017, it constitutes a big challenge for mastering all complex procedures in a short time and assuring safety management to reach the goal of zero serious accident.
